National home study college

Hi has anyone heard of this college. I am curretly a student with them but I am feeling that there is somthing not right with them. Can anyone help?

Well I have had to phone them a number of times to ask for information as they haven't answed my email. One time I couldn't get through someone else answed and said there wasn't anybody there at that time. The next day I called and my tutor answed the phone.

I was told they would give feed back when they had marked the work I had sent in, I sent four modules in with no response I had to ask for feed back.

:eek: I think i would recommend you call daily till you get some answers. Else they would just shelf your problem aside.

4 modules is a lot of effort and time, you have to at least get a feedback how's your work, and if it's on track. Maybe they might not feedback, but return your assignments to you when they are done marking? I am not sure.

But i am not sure if tutors, markers, are also working from home, since this course is for students to study from home? Thus might take awhile for responses? It's a guess. I am not sure.

Is this your first semester with them? What about your other online studymates? Did you try to contact them and ask if they have the same issue, etc?
