This is a good topic.

I haven't done auctions before. But if i were to do it, i would sell items which are light-weight. This will reduce the shipping charges, and wouldn't be such a put-off to buyers.

There are SO many things to sell. Start by going to yard sales, check out what's out there, then do a search on Ebay to see how those things are selling. Start picking up things that are cheap and that you know something about - do your research on Ebay first to see how much those types of items sell for so you know how much to pay.

I feel that Ebay has become saturated. The site is now so large and so complex, that it is becoming more and more difficult to sell anything there.
