Can anyone give me some real information about the company Avon?

What is the initail outlay and for what?

What is the benefits, and what are the downsides, if any?

I was in Avon and Watkins, you don't make enough money to worry about, basically you get a discount on what your buying from them. I have research a lot of companies and you need a unique consumable product that keeps people coming back month after month and year after year. Sure everyone wears make-up and seasonings to cook with, but make-up and seasonings last for months, so your customers won't be back for a while, you need something that is going to sell it's self.
