Does link exchange work?

I know some websites remove your website link after a couple of months. Which is unfair. However, we do not have the time to go "check on" those websites every now and then if they still have our website link on theirs.

It is really worth doing link exchange. It boost your page ranking on the SEO. If a page is index by the SE and sees a new link in your page it is too can be crawled and get index that way your page ranking is going up. Maybe like that.

I built up quite a few reciprocal links before focusing on articles and developed some pr on my pages. My articles got syndicated hundreds of times creating yet more links. My pages shot up in the SEs quickly, I mean in a matter of a couple of weeks. Traffic has doubled in about a month.

So, yeah I think reciprocal linking is important. Doing both reciprocal linking and one way linking is better.:D

Link exchange, specially with other sitesor blogs has been one of the most effective ways of generating traffic. If you can find a good site to do it with - half your work is done !!
