A friend is having success with affiliate marketing without a web site.

He is working through Google Adwords, pay per click. I am thinking about giving it a try. Any advise?

Yes pay per click is a great way to market
affiliate programs.

You have to be smart when it comes to this
type of marketing.Last time I did on search
for the top spot for Home Business on
Overture.

The Top bid was $6.00 per click! No one can
compete with that unless your product is
real responsive and real expensive.

There are less popular pay per click providers
that will still generate targeted traffic but the
higher bids are not nearly expensive.

Also try to target keywords to bid on that
are similar but less costly. And make sure
that you test and also compare the amount
of click`s that it takes to generate a sale!

Hope that help`s!

Warmest Regards
Chris Peterson

Been there done that got ripped off! There are too many variables involved and the opportunity for corruption is parallel to the mafia! Get a good affiliate program of your own, stay with it a few years, and you will be able to retire in 3 years! Best of luck!

There is too many people fighting for adwords in google adwords. If it was me, I would even fool with adword. Another thing is, you can lose alot of money doing adwords if you don't know what you're doing. I heard people that would spend a lot of money with adwords and not make any money.

I've been at this game for a long time but am only recently getting involved in affiliate marketing. Like you I'd love to know more. Right now I signed up with clickbank. Not sure how profitable it will be but I'm hopeful.

Hi, Philip here.

I suggest for a newbie as yourself to take a look at some of the fully automated turnkey websites and storefronts available.

Its true that you can make money on Google, MSN, and Yahoo! without a website or blog. However, you make more money with a website or blog. But here's the thing, either way you need to gain the necessary skills. Whether your friend is doing this as a hobby or business to make money, he should be telling you his secret.

So I wouldn't necessarily get caught up into what he's saying, unless you see the proof. To be perfectly honest with you if a person is successful on Google selling affiliate products/services, he/she should be making enough income to quit his/her job.

My blog has a review on automated turnkey websites and storefronts. You should go have a look. I bet if your friend sees my review, he will want one of these instant income sites. No technical nor designing skill required.

I suggest that you stick with Clickbank, Commission Junction, eBay, MSN, Google, Yahoo, PayDotCom for starters. There are great many, worth while, affiliate programs on the internet. However, for a beginner, you need a site that basically does everything for you and ready to make sales. Believe when I say you will make some instant cash. But I am not saying you don't have learn anything. There is alot to learn with internet marketing. This is where you need to focus more on. Without that knowledge, most people couldn't sell a thing if there life depended upon it.

So get a site for now that does it all for you and learn as you go. Check out my reviews and follow-up on the info.

Review especially the following:

Build A Niche Store
CB mall
Pro2 CB mall

Here's success to you!

all you have to do to make money online is track
when you send out an ad to a safelist track it track each safelist you send out to

then you will know

you may see on one safe list you get 20 hits and on the other safelist you get 2000 hits well now you know which one is ore effective that way you dont waste a lot of time posting to safelists that dont work.

Google adwords will help you to get more money if you understand how to select the right keywords, how write your add, how to get profitable niche market.
Google ADwords work more if you will used it with mini-site (web site with 1 or 2web pages).
and select different profitable niche market. this is need to get some tools and software to get results, at the you must inevst to get the best result, the good thing that your budget can be less than 300 or $ 400 to start building your pay per click business.

it is important to get many different niche market and you will play the number game, more niche more money that to waste your budget when you select a very competitive topic.

making money with affiliate programs and Google ads is a finely tuned operation. You cannot just jump
in and expect to make the big bucks. You have
to research, find niche key words and leverage
you money.

there are a lot of strategies for using Google but the most underused method is article marketing. You build Adsense websites around a researched niche. You write articles to drive traffic to that niche

You can make money with the clicks and selling the product. Most people call this Bum Marketing.

I have tried pay per click in Google and many of the other popular search engines but It was expensive. If you don't have a lot of cash. I recommend getting a free blog at blogger.com write about a topic that is related to your business. The search engines will find it and bring some traffic to you.

There are many ways to get free traffic to your website, forums, blogs, free classifieds, traffic exchanges and many more. Try out free advertising first before you consider pay per click.

To Your Success,
Les

I think affiliate programs are good but you don't need to use PPC to promote them. There are heaps of ways to get traffic to your affiliate link so just focus on getting targeted people to visit your site and after a while the traffic will just snow ball
