Hi, Im just in the process of building my website..do you have to have copywrites to my website or does the hosting company take care of that for you??

If you built your site yourself, you have copy right rights as the owner for the design and applications. However, if you have someone else build your site, you do not have copy right rights. You need to get in writing that you are the owner of the rights.

It's a good idea to get everything in writing -- especially when it comes to money and rights. Protect everything, even if it seems like a silly thing.
