I recently created a FeedBurner for my blog. But, now that it has been created, I am not sure what to do with it. I recently updated my blog and I noticed that there was an area to setup your feedburner. By the way I used Blogger to create my blog. One of the items that required input, I didn't put anything in it at the time was "Feed Item Footer". What is this for and what should I put in this field, if anything. I put my feedburner url. Lastly, what exactly is the purpose of a feedburner.

Feed Burner allows you in a sense to collate feeds from other sites in a sought of Favourites folder.
So I could subscribe to your RSS Feed and recieve instant updates once you have posted something new.
You can place a link on your site so people can subscribe and use Feed Burner. Have you created a Download link on your site for FeedBurner??

No, how do you do that and what would be the gain? I am new so I apologize for my ignorance. ;)

Hi Lawren
Sorry for the delay in my reply. The advantage of this is that if you have an RSS feed to your favourite blog for training etc. You automatically get the instant updates therefore having the information you need immediately to develop your Business.
Actually an even better idea is having a Toolbar that can be downloaded from the site. I am part of another forum that provides a Toolbar and I get instant post updates.
I like WAHF and I am wandering if they have a similiar service???
