How do you determine what to charge your clients/customers on your websites?

I am trying to find out on what thing i should base on before i quote prices to potential customers.

The amount of traffic you get.

The advertit you are supposed to put up. For instance, if it's a small banner, it should be cheaper than a 480 * 60 banner.

The amount of impressions you get for the site.

You might also ask your client if they are intending to put up a summary or a detailed description. These might affect the charges as well.
