Hia you might say i'm a fitness fanatic, many years ago i was over wight and depressed i lost all my confidence,i could see my sister in law losing weight and i thought to myself i can do that.So i did i lost 2 stone in a few months before i new it i was my ideal weight i could't believe how many dress sizes i went down and people started noticing they were commenting in the street i felt so good,i joined the gym and since then i'm addicted to doing regular execise like erobics classes , the gym,swimming and walking i feel great and i have never looked back.If anyone would like any any help with this i'm glad to help because that's what this site is for i'm sure i'll be asking a few people on when i'm in need of a friend or some advise.:)

That's great, keep it up. Exercise, walking and tai chi have improved my health quite a bit.

I also try to stay fit. I jog and do yoga. I eat healthy too. My health is very important for me.

I'm not into the gym or anything too full on or vigorous. However, I do a lot of walking around the beautiful city of Sydney, and it definitely makes me feel a whole lot better and less stressed.

Walking is supposed to be the best kind of exercise for people. It is so relaxing and yet still works the legs, loosens the back muscles and gets some of vitamin D in us.

Don't forget mediation. It's so simple yet so effective to rid yourself of the daily stress that can take a toll on your physically and mentally.
