Hello everyone.
I am looking for a job that I can do at home for me and my wife to do on our spear time. I would love to be paid by piece rate.
Does anyone have any ideas or experience that you would like to share?
Any thing is greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Click Here for The Best Place To Find A 9 to 5 type Job that you can do from home.
You'll get access to a data-base with a lot of different opportunities to apply for, it's totally legit, you'd be considered a "free lancer" and get paid by what you complete.

Really there isn't any Work at Home JOBs. I work from home, but that is because I made a choice to go into business for myself (own hours, low overhead, more time and freedom with my family) No more trading $$$ for hours with my family.
I'm going into my 4th year with Coastal Vacations, I've switched multiple teams over the years.
It's up to you to grab the bull by the horns!

Hi Sylvester,
VinnyBock just gave you that link because he will be PAID if you sign up. Looks like a ball of chalk to me, so I would save your money.
You can look on freelancing sites like elance.com or getafreelancer.com and see what kind of people do on their. You can sign up and start bidding for work right away, if you can find anything decent on there.

I disagree with that, there are a lot of people looking for Virtual assistants etc, it really depends on where you are and how much you want in wages. The problem if you are in the US or another Western country is that a lot of companies off shore this work to the Phillipines, Eastern Europe etc.
How much are you looking to earn per hour?

Its a tough thing you're trying to do. Piece rate work is almost all done outside the US because they will work more cheaply. You couldn't live on what they make.
Your situation is the same as many folks who decide to try some type of internet marketing or affiliate advertising or other on-line things, and there are lots of scams out there.
Do your research, and contact everyone who might even remotely have an idea for you, and pursue them diligently. Expect this process to take several months.
I have recently become involved with traveldynasty.com and am enjoying the team environment a lot with a real time on-line chat and people who will actually hands-on provide technical help with things like websites, and uploads, and links, etc. I'm pretty new at this and their encouragement and assistance is wonderful.
I'd love to hear more about what kind of opportunities you are exploring and how its going for you. On Skype I'm cowgirlup33 and my email is kegsummer
@yahoo.com.
Be persistent and diligent - don't give up.

Per Month... Extra $2,000 - $3,000. I put in about 10-12 hours per week.... $41-$62 per hour.
I can't work for anyone. Someone (company off shore or domestic) does not understand MY Family comes first before a deadline or their quotas

I just want to let you know that when you are looking for your work at home you need to look for certain things there are so many scams out there I know personally!!! When looking is it something you know how to do it? if you dont is there training? and how is it presented? And with working from home what skills will you learn and the value that it will bring to you yourself personally and professionally. I have been lucky to find a very successful work at home company that has given me value. Best of luck just watch out!:) see you around

There is millions stuff that you can do :) That is the best ! If you are a newbie at marketing you should buy a "training program" so you can learn the basics in marketing. I wish you good luck :)

Thanks everyone for the replies,
After a long search, I do see that piece rate is very rare... I do not believe in making $10,000.00 a month from home with a part time job.
However, I am now looking for a call center job, where I can just answer phones from home. I have tried some of the most popular ones...
Alpine, LiveOps, VIPdesk, Arise, etc.
Does anyone have any other idea in what I could do?
I just want to be able to make about $1,500.00 a month.
Any one any more ideas?
Thanks!

Blogging! If you know how to write and are passionate about a topic, blogging seems to be the best route. The money won't start flowing from day one, but in the long term, you can make some money with PPC ads and affiliate links.

I have been looking for some time on instructions on how to exactly make $ by doing this.
Any idea?
Mary.
I have a passion I'd like to blog about which I will in the future turn into my book.
Any idea how to get started AND get paid?
Thanks. M.

Hi everyone, I blog on work at home oppurtunities regularly. All these information are based on my previous struggles to get an actual niche in the work at home online jobs. So my experience tell that the odesk is the one most pure payment methods and providing a way to build long term jobs and online career.
I think work-at-home-online.com is a real help for a newbie in online job search. Thanks

I haven't been on the site recently but got a happy birthday wish from the forum (thanks!) and decided to check back in. I have to disagree 100% with anyone who says you can't work from home online and earn decent money. I've been doing it for 10 years and with my various endeavors, have made well over 6 figures since 2004.
I would say that for newbies, start a blog on something you ENJOY doing and then sign up with one of many affiliate networks.

There are several things that you can do from home in your spare time. If you enjoy writing, you can write articles for sites like Associated Content. If you want to be paid by the hour and you have a schedule that you can work, West At Home may work for you.
