Hi All,

I joined this forum as I want to work full time from home, but exchange rates with the UK make that difficult.... but I am getting there.

As I am still in full time employment, I want to recruit someone to work part time for me, say 10 hours a week writing content and helping build sites. It is not technical in any way and I am only really looking for three things:

1) Good English language skills (for writing)
2) Good type speed (touch typinst preferably)
3) Basic online skills, i.e. being able to interract with websites like ebay, forums etc.

I have tried various people from Getafreelancer etc, and they are either rubbish or just move on. I think the issue there is that they all want to do their own thing rather than work for someone else.

I could really do with some advice on:

1) How much I should offer as an hourly rate to retain someone long term
2) Best places to advertise

I would really like to hear from some homeworkers in terms of what your expectations are, and whether any of you ever look for that kind of work, or whether you are all hell bent on doing your own thing for yourselves as opposed to taking on work from others etc.

Thanks,

Thanks

Just go to a outsourcing website. Sign up for a free account and post a job. Its a simple way to get a right person who can help you as a virtual assistant etc.

I want to order triggerheads, but I cant get them to send to the US due to rolands patent... Im not sure how much it would cost to send the heads to the US, but maybe one of you has an idea?

so reply if you have send something about the size of a drumhead to the US, and how much it cost you...
