Yeah, i set goals. Monthly basis. For instance, this month, i want to make $xxxx amount. But if i don't, i will give myself another 1 month to fulfil it. This round, i will find ways and means to reach it. It gets me motivated and driven.

I set goals, but not in terms of money; rather I set goals in terms of space. Example: Today I well write 3 pages...or...I well write one story this week...etc.

Yes, goals are set. For me, the best results measurement is money.

If on certain months, money falling, i will need to work on it before i run on empty.

My goals are set based on monthly, quarterly and yearly.

The overall goal is the yearly goal.
To meet my goals, i will need to set the smaller goals (monthly / quarterly) to ensure, i am able to meet my overall goal.
