Have you come across rude clients?

How do you handle them?

I find them very demanding and frustrating. But they are my clients, so I have to serve them to make some money.

How do you handle them?

Kill them with kindness is my philosophy!

Show them you will go that extra mile to make them happy. Word of mouth in referrals is big!
However, you cannnot please everyone all the time and you sure should never take any unwarranted abuse. If someone is unpleasable, do you really want their business at the cost of a constant headache?

They are regular clients, but they are always demanding more of this and more of that.

Well, i have already spoke to some of them politely but i got my point across.

I told them i am unable to meet their requirements as of now. But till at a later stage when business is doing much better, i will certainly consider their requests.

Good for you! Hang in there. Most of the time the good apples outweigh the bad. (AT least in my experience)
